Skip Parsons' Marmalade Trio at Funeral

Skip Parsons & his Jazz Band are quite often engaged to provide a New Orleans Style Funeral. The bands can vary from three to 7 or more members depending upon family coordination. The music featured is complete with spirituals, Flee As A Bird (a dirge), St. James Infirmary, & Just A Closer Walk With Thee. Sometimes more tunes are added like Amazing Grace, Just a Little While To Stay Here, and the Saints Go Marchin' In. For an additional charge the band will perform for festivities at a residence or restaurant after the ceremony. We do it just like New Orleans!!!
